If you already enjoy the Arundel Mills casino from Maryland Live, you’ll be able to enjoy it even more soon. A new Asian restaurant called Luk Fu should be opening in the late spring.
The casino is trying to cater to its Asian clientele, and Luk Fu is set to overlook a collection of table games that are popular with Asian patrons. This includes Pai Gow, Sic Bo and baccarat, among others.
Maryland Live was prompted to create the space after watching the overflow at the 80 seat restaurant Noodles. The chef de cuisine will be Joseph Ku, who was most recently the executive chef at the Pechanga Hotel Casino in California. Menu items will include dim sum, wok-fried noodles, grilled satay and others.
